Main structures of Vibrating screen
The Vibrating screen mainly consist of screening box, excitor, swinging or support equipment and electric motor, etc. By the triangle belt, the motor will drive the main axis of the excitor to rotate with the turning axis.And as to the unblanced eccentric inertial force on the excitor, the vibrating box will receive the vibrating. And then the various amplitude will change the eccentrci weight of the excitor.
Working principle of Vibrating screen
And the working principle of Vibrating screen is as follows: By the triangle strip, the motor will drive the shacker eccentric block to proceed the high-speed rotating. And the extication screening box will produce some round circle movement with some amplitude. And the materials appeared on the screening board will receive the impulse the screening box have given and then proceed the continuous throwing movement. And the materials smaller than the screening pole will pass the screen during the contact process between the materials and the screening surface.
