Manufactured sand is particularly suitable for the preparation of high strength concrete, high-performance concrete and pumping concrete.

High strength pumping concrete made by manufactured sand will not block the pump in the process of pumping. The concrete of right use of manufactured sand has large density, impermeability, good freezing-resisting property, other physical properties and long-term durability can use to meet the design requirement too.

Regarding of detail condition, two kinds of techniques are usually adopted in producing manufactured sand, dry way and wet way. Both methods can produce high quality manufactured sand as concrete aggregate. Especially, the dry way can produce not only the manufactured sand used in SMA road surface, but also the powder used in asphalt concrete.

Now most of the manufactured sand are medium, coarse sand, the fineness modulus is of 2.6-3.6 in turbid, particle size distribution even and adjustable, with a certain amount of powder, rough surface, sharp edges.

Architectural Sand Crusher is widely used for crushing of hard and crispy materials, such as rocks, grinding materials, refractory materials, cement clinkers, quartzite, iron ores and concrete aggregates. It is especially suitable for the sand and sandstone making for construction and road paving.

Stone less than 50mm enters sand making machine though conveyor belt. Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times, finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine, however overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customers’ requirement. If input size is larger than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.

Material falls into the high speed turning impellers from the top of machine and crushes with the material distributed around the impeller under the effect of high speed centrifugal force. After the impact with each other, the material is crushed between impeller and cabinet and is discharged from the bottom. It can cycle many times with the close circuit and the sieve device will control the granularity of finished products.
