(1) Use crushers to crush silicon carbide and select the particles whose diameter is less than 5mm and then they will be reshaped by mobile crusher to be around 2mm in size. 80% of them will be reshaped to oval and then be washed and dried;
(2) Crush those dried particle to powder of this size: d50=9.5-11.5μm. The electric current of the engine should set to 65-75A, fan flow to 40-50m3/min, analyzer to 400—600 roll/min while crushing;
(3) Use vortex air classifier to classify the powder and set fan flow to 25-43m3/min, speed of classifier wheel to 2600-3300 rolls/min, size of powder from sub-classifier exiting gate set to ds94=6.5-5.5μm, product A, and ds94≤5.5μm from wind estuary, semi-finished product;
(4) Use impeller-type air classifier to classify those semi-finished products and set fan flow of impeller-type air to 25-10m3/min, the speed of classifier wheel to 1300-1700 rolls/min, and product B with the size of ds94=4.5-3.0μm was in shape and the left are by-products.
