As a new kind of super fine powder manufacturing equipment ,the SCM series super-micro mill have been mainly applied to crush over 200 kinds of brittle materials with non-flame and explosive and the Mohs hardness of less than 9 level. And the hardness of the materials will decide the service life of the wearing parts and the service life will be reduce when the Mohs hardness over 6 level.
Technical features of SCM series super-micro mill
1. High production and low energy consumption: with the same condition of motor and fineness, the production of the SCM series super-micro mill will higher by 40% than the air stream mill and churning mill .While the energy-consumption system is only one third of the air stream mill.
2. High usage of the wearing parts : with the same fineness condition of the materials and final products ,the service life of the wearing parts in the SCM series super-micro mill can reach over one year than the impact crusher and turbo crusher.
3. High secure and reliability : there has no rolling bear and bolts in the SCM series super-micro mill so that there has no existence of the vulnerability of the bearing and sealing parts .And the same problem with the loose screw to create the damage to the machine .
4. Cleanness and environment-friendly: impulse dust catcher and exhaust muffler of the SCM series super-micro mill will reduce the dust and noise pollution, which have reached the national environmental standard.
Main structure features of SCM series super-micro mill
The whole equipment of the SCM series super-micro mill consists of hammer crusher ,main unit, closed wind package machine, classifier, blower, bag dust cleaner, wind machine with high pressure, noise muffler.
Working principle of SCM series super-micro mill
By the reducer, the motor of the main units will drive the main shaft and every turn plate to rotate. And the turning plate will drive dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate in the inner grinding ring tunnel.
When the large block materials are crushed to small particles by the hammer crusher .the materials will be entered the storehouse by the lift and then the vibrating feeder will evenly delivered the materials onto the middle part of the upper turn plate. And by the eccentric force, the materials will be scattered around the edge of the turn plate and then fall down to the tunnel of the grinding ring to receive the pressing, rolling and grinding .And at last ,the materials will be crushed. And the crushed materials will fall down to the second and third layer from the first layer .And then the eccentric machine with high-pressure will absorb the outside air into the machine and be brought to the classifier by the third layer crushing of the coarse powder.
The fine powder will enter the cyclone collector along with the air stream and then be discharged by the lower end of the discharge valve to become the final products. And the turning turbine in the inner structure of the classifier will make the coarse particles fall down to receive the regrinding .And then the air stream with little fine powder will be discharged by the wind machine and noise muffler after the purifying of the impulse dust-catcher.
