1. Rotating manner of the Main shaft: this kind of MTW Series Continental Trapezoid Grinding mills adopt the integral transmission of bevel gear, which can ensure the compact structure, convenient adjustment and high-efficiency. While the traditional mill should need the reducer and shaft coupling to ensure the transmission of the main shaft .And this kind of MTW Series Continental Trapezoid Grinding mills will make the installation become more difficult and the efficiency become low.
2. Inner lubrication system: this kind of MTW Series Continental Trapezoid Grinding mills adopt inner oil pump and can conveniently realize the lubrication between the main bearing and gear bearing ;while the traditional mill adopt grease lubrication ,which can increase the lubrication obstruction ,high temperature and reduce the service life of the bearing.

The Changeable edge is easy to change ,which can improve the utilization rate of the materials .While the traditional mills adopt integral shovel so If the edge is worn, all of the shovel should be changed ,which increases the cost and the labor work. 5. The space between the inner-tube and mixed powder air flow will adopt the isolation structure, which can efficiently improve the classifying efficiency and precision. While the traditional grinding mill have no this kind of isolation measure.
6. Shell designing: the MTW Series Continental Trapezoid Grinding mills adopt non-insistence inlet shell ,with which there will have no vortex flow in the small observation door .And the inner door plate and facade will lie in the same curved surface ,which can efficiently avoid the vortex effects. While the traditional mills have no such this kind of feature so that there will occur some phenomenon like bulge, vortex effects and energy-consumption.
Working principle of MTW series continental trapezoid grinding mill
1. The lift will deliver the crushed materials with required size to the store hopper and then the vibrating feeder will evenly and continuously enter the grinding room of the main unit to proceed the grinding. And the crushed powder will high up along with the air flow of the wind machine .And after the classifying , the materials with the required fineness will enter the cyclone collector along with the air flow by the pipes. And then they will be classified and collected and then become the final powder after the valve discharging .And the whole air stream system is closed circulation with the positive and negative pressure .And the air stream will be absorbed into the eccentric air wind machine by the return air pipes installed on the upper end of the cyclone powder collector.
2. The working process of the main unit: the bevel gear will drive the central axis to rotate and the upper end of the central axis is connected with the roller cradle .And the grinding roller will be equipped on the hanger to form the swing fulcrum. And the grinding roller equipment will revolve surround the central axis and then proceed the orbit motion surround the grinding ring and then proceed the autorotation owing to the self-friction. And the shovel is installed on the hanger which is on the lower end of the grinding roller .And both the grinding roller and shovel will rotate at the same time to throw the materials up into the space between the grinding ring and roller, which will form the materials gasket layer ,which will receive the outside eccentric force the grinding roller have produced by the self rotating .And then the materials will be crushed and achieved the final powder.
3. By adjustment of the impeller’s rotating, the classifier will achieve the classifying effect to the powder. And the final particle size is adjustable by the adjustment of the impeller’s rpm.
4. The cyclone collector can also play an important role in the grinders’ operation .And when the powder air stream enter the collector, they will become the high-speed rotating condition and the air stream with dust will flow down along with the sidewall of the collector .And at the same time, the air stream will become separated with the powder and then the powder will fall down and become collected.
