Ball mill

The ball mill is a kind of key equipment to receive the recrushing after the materials have been crushed. And the ball mill have also been widely applied in the field of mineral separation mill, refractory material plant, cement mill ,glass works and other industrial departments .And the ball mill can be used to crush the mid-hardness materials and can be divided into two kinds of dry and wet grinding mine .And the wet ball mill will grind the materials with moisture while the dry type ball mill will not allow the moisture.

Working principle of Ball mill

Abiding by the rotating feeding hollow shaft, the materials will evenly enter the first warehouse of the ball mill by the feeding equipment. And the first warehouse is installed with the ladder plate and also have various specifications of steel ball .And the eccentric force produced by the barrel’s rotating will bring the steel ball to a certain height and then drop down ,which will produce the thump and grinding effect to the materials . And after the first layer’s coarse grinding, the materials will enter the second warehouse to receive the further grinding and at last the materials will be discharged out by the drain separator after the grinding.

Main structures of Ball mill

The ball mill mainly consists of inlet, outlet, swiveling, transmission (reducer, small transmission gear, electric motor, electric control cabinet) and other components. And the ball mill will proceed the smooth function and reliable work. And the hollow shaft of the ball mill adopt the cast steel and its liner is changeable .And the turning gear wheel will adopt the casting gear hobbing and the inner barrel surface have been studded with the anti-abrasion plate with better abrasion resistance.
