Technical features

Structure Features of Spring cone crusher

The spring cone crusher are consisted of frame ,counter ,eccentric housing ,lubrication system, flexible and fixed cone, controlling system and other components .And the flexible cone is fixed on a hanging vertical axis ,which have been positioned in the eccentric housing of the horizontal axis.

Working principle of Spring cone crusher

During the operation of the spring cone crusher ,the motor will drive the eccentric housing by a pair of bevel gear and horizontal axis ,which will force the flexible cone to make the rotating movement along the inner surface of the flexible cone .when the flexible cone close the fixed cone ,the materials will receive the crooking, clashing, and bending to be crushed and form the crushing cavity .When the flexible cone far away the fixed cone ,the crushed materials will be unloaded from the cone dock by the effect of dead weight. By the continuing work, the ores will be crushed receive the crooking, bending and then be crushed.
