Application of JC series of jaw crusher

Main Structure of JC series of jaw crusher

The JC series of jaw crushers in European style are mainly consisted by frame, the rotation part of the eccentric bearing, the working part of the crushing cavity , the safety unit, the adjustment devices of the discharging opening and so on.

1. Frame: it is consisted of side plate, front box module, back box module and so on.

2. the rotation part of the eccentric bearing: it is consisted of jawstock, eccentric shaft, bear, bearing seat, pulley ,and so on.

3. the crushing cavity: it is consisted of fixed jaw, moveable jaw , toggle plate, cheek plate and other components , which are the working spare parts of the crushing materials .

4. Secure equipment: it is consisted of toggle plate socket, toggle plate ,the tension rob of spring and so on ,which are the secure parts.

5. the adjustment devices of the discharging opening: this kind of equipment can be used to adjust the size of the discharge opening ,thus controlling the discharge size ,which are mainly consisted of fixed slant lump, the lump to adjust gliding , top thread bolt socket ,the tension rod to tight gliding lump ,etc.

Working Principle of JC series of jaw crusher

The manner this kind of JC series of jaw crusher adopts is the curling moving extrusion type and its principle is as follows:The motor will drive the belt and belt wheel. And the jawstock will swing up and down by the eccentric bearing. The materials will be crushed or cut when the jawstock push the moveable jaw toward the fixed jaw. When the jawstock and moveable jaw retreat as the effect of the eccentric bearing and spring, the materials which has been crushed or cut will be discharged by the discharge opening. As the continuous rotation of the motor and the regular crushing and discharging of materials by the jawstock, it will realize the mass production.
