Working principle of Jaw crusher

The main structure of the Jaw Crusher are mainly including the eccentric shaft, frame , jawstock, toggle plate of the back seat, fixed jaw plate and moveable jaw plate, etc. This series of Jaw crusher belong to the drive extruded type and during the operation, the motor will drive the belt and conveyor to make the jawstock periodicly leave or close the fixed jawstock by the eccentric shaft .And at the same time ,the materials will be crushed by the squash, push and grinding. And the particle size will become smaller and last be discharged by the discharge opening.
