Application of Impact crusher
Impact crusher have been designed to deal with the materials with the side length of less than 500mm, and 350Mpa anti-pressure strength of less than 350Mpa.And now impact crusher has been used to crush various coarse, mid and fine materials ,such as the Granite, limestone, concrete, which have been applied in the field of Ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemicals, construction and so on. Its martelalin size can be adjusted and the crushing specification appears variability. And the ideal feeding size of this series of compact crusher is at the range of 100-500mm and the upper limit should less than the specification.

Working principle of Impact crusher
During the operation of the impact crusher, the motor will drive the motor to rotate with high-speed .And the materials will be crushed by the blow bar installed on the rotors when they enter the blow bar zone of action. And then they will be rebounded to the scale board and recrushed. And next, they will be rebounded to the blow bar area front the impact plate. After the repeating, the materials will enter the first, second, and third compact cavities according to the particle size and at last, the crushed materials will be discharged by the discharge opening.
